While in these roles Dhaval led cross functional teams to develop four Global automotive patents while earning numerous technical and business awards. His curiosity soon led him into the world of business ownership. While traveling for work, he began investing in a wide range of sectors, including restaurants, retail, construction, and healthcare. Today, his focus has expanded into large-scale manufacturing plants and supermarkets. His philosophy is simple: if a door does not open, you build your own. “Strength does not come from your title or how much power you have. It comes from responsibility. I learned by watching my mother that leadership is about protecting and uplifting others, especially when the path is difficult.”

This time allows him to reflect and set his priorities before the world wakes up. Despite his busy schedule, he makes sure to stay grounded by spending quality time with his wife Brenda, his three children Rohan, Charvik, and Ishani, and his Dog and three cats, along with his daily exercise routine. His own experience in the corporate world, where he became one of the youngest senior managers and directors at Ford, was a result of focusing on his own path rather than comparing his salary to others. With a team currently mapping out a three-year plan, he is considering a run for the United States Congress from the state of Michigan.
