Bouchra Izaabel is a healthcare operations professional with a strong background in clinic management, hospital administration, patient relations and healthcare service delivery. She has an understanding of how efficient operations and compassionate patient care can work together.
She is currently serving as Clinic Manager at FertiClinic Group – RAK Branch. In this role she manages clinic operations, maintains healthcare standards, improves satisfaction and supports community health initiatives. Her earlier roles across hospitals and day surgery centres have also given her experience in team management, process improvement, compliance and resolving concerns.
Beyond her responsibilities Bouchra has been featured by platforms including The Arab Women Leaders and Middle East Magazine for her work in fertility and healthcare. Her journey continues to show a commitment to patient experiences, meaningful leadership and positive contributions to the healthcare community.
