Indian DeepTech Founder Sparks Global Recognition at Bharat Innovates 2026

Out of IIT comes Dr. Aditya Tripathi, who started AgriEye – now gaining ground among key voices in Indian business. Spotted at Bharat Innovates 2026, an event kicked off by PM Narendra Modi to spotlight advanced tech, his name’s been rising. The company uses satellite views sharpened by artificial intelligence, then adds drone snapshots alongside live soil readings pulled from internet-linked sensors. This mix delivers instant insights into how crops are doing, plus educated guesses on future harvest size. Weather outlooks join pricing trends from markets, layering extra clarity beneath every farming choice made. Timing for sowing, turning on sprinklers, or picking produce shifts smarter because of it. Results? Fields often deliver more – around one-fifth to nearly one-third above earlier outputs – without guzzling as much water or needing heavy feeding from fertilizers.
By 2026, more than 100,000 farmers across Punjab, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh tested AgriEye’s tools, thanks to support from regional agriculture development groups. Because of his contributions, Tripathi joined a list of India’s leading 100 deep-tech creators. Now, he shares insights with official committees shaping policies around digital farming and how data should be exchanged. Instead of stopping at fields, the company’s data feeds into systems that help trading companies track crop flows and assist climate experts in predicting risks tied to weather disruptions. What stands out is how leaders such as him blend advanced tech with local needs – building solutions useful within India yet strong enough for global use.
